John P. “Jack” Hewitt
Montgomery County proudly recognizes the service of one its greatest public servants, Jack Hewitt of Silver Spring. We salute his many pioneering contributions to our County and to the State of Maryland, and we thank him for his energy, his vision and his faith in our community. One of Montgomery County’s most respected veterans, we applaud his dedication to the American Legion, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Disabled Veterans of America. Montgomery County is a better place because of Jack Hewitt’s extraordinary gift of service to our community and his many friends and neighbors.
